Summary of Services

One Month Prior to Wedding Day

One Week Prior to Wedding Day

  • Final consult session with bride and groom 
  • Make last-minute adjustments to timeline
  • Confirm final details with vendors


Day before wedding, coordinate ceremony rehearsal for bridal party and communicate wedding day details.

Day of Wedding

  • Staff: Lead Coordinator & Assistant Coordinator
  • On-site hours (15 hours max) for pre ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and post reception coordination and oversight
  • Point of contact for vendors to address all details
  • Bridal party oversight and personal assistance to bride and groom

 Pre Ceremony and Pre Reception
  • Ensure bridal party is ready for ceremony
  • Ensure pre ceremony photographs are taken
  • Ensure vendors arrive on time
  • Ensure vendor contracted ceremony and reception décor is accurate If needed, set out programs, escort cards, premade ceremony/reception décor, and light candles (Note:  BDLD does not include any extensive decoration set up and tear down assistance, i.e. hanging décor from ceilings and walls, moving tables/chairs)


  • Ensure guests are seated
  • Gather officiant and ceremony vendors for start of ceremony
  • Gather bridal party for ceremony entrance
  • Assist bride for entrance to ceremony
  • Ensure ceremony program is followed    

 Post Ceremony 

  • Gather bridal party and family for after ceremony photos
  • Ensure marriage certificate is completed by officiant
  • Coordinate transition of bridal party to portrait picture site and reception
  • Guide guests to cocktail hour/reception 

 Cocktail Hour/Reception 

  • Ensure proper flow of cocktail hour food and drinks
  • Ensure guests find their table number
  • Gather bridal party and bride and groom to prepare them for reception grand entrance
  • Cue band/DJ, photographer for reception formalities, i.e. introduction of bridal party, first dance, cake cutting, toasts and parent dances
  • Cue designated bridal party members for toasts  

Post Reception 

  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the reception (if applicable)
  • Pack up gifts/cards, bride & groom personal items, miscellaneous ceremony and reception items and have them ready to be taken to a designated car/person at the end of the reception
  • Coordinate and ensure vendor property/equipment returned/picked up according to their contract.
